GUILTY! We can’t stop eating at LATITUDE 8!  It’s just a few steps from Inspirador which makes it difficult for us to break off our mad secret crush on everything LATITUDE 8 http://www.latitude-eight.com/.  Voted “Best Of”–so many things in the valley’s top magazine’s and newspapers and we know why.  Scrumptious, FRESH, modern Thai cuisine that takes your taste buds for a RIDE!  Our hearts go out to Glenn & Lillett from LIGHTRAIN IMAGES http://www.lightrainimages.com/ and the lovely ladies at UPTOWN BRIDAL http://www.uptownbrides.com/ who reside on either side of LATITUDE 8.  They must be able to smell the amazing aromas all the time…savory scents just calling their names as they try to focus on photography and wedding gowns.  We just don’t know how they do it.

When we first moved into DoCha we would share our culinary love with wonderful restaurants like: SanTan Brewery, El Zocalo, Kokopelli, and La Stalla (just to name a few).  But now for some reason we can’t seem to make that simple detour away from Latitude 8.  We blame it on being too lazy to walk much further but it truly is becoming an unfortunate “cheating” on our other loves.  If you’re planning on attending the Docha Vida Bridal Walk www.dochavida.com on Thursday evening you’ll definitely want to check out this little gem in the heart of Downtown Chandler.

Chandler Arizona Wedding Photography

Amanda and Steve walked down the Aisle of Poetry at Inspirador to perform their nuptials. Amanda chose Inspirador, a hip and happening wedding site in Historic Downtown Chandler to host her once in a lifetime event.  Amanda was enchanted with Inspirador the moment she walked through the beautiful iron gates and viewed the art gallery through its unique waterfall. The gorgeous banquet hall an adjacent interior courtyard with it’s majestic fire place and open air setting made her realize that this was the place to have her wedding.  The absolute clincher was when she saw the Isle of Poetry, a unique isle filled with romantic poems stylishly written on the floor; that she would walk down to greet the man of her dreams. 

 

Knowing how important it was to capture the fleeting moments of her wedding, Amanda chose LightRain Images to provide the professional wedding photography for her special day.  LightRain Images operates a digital photography  studio in Historic Downtown Chandler and photographs weddings, focusing on capturing all the candid moments with photojournalistic style.

 

The evening couldn’t have been more perfect with ideal, fall in Arizona, air temperatures and after the compelling ceremony, the happy crowd celebrated with cocktails in the open courtyard in front of the massive fireplace that towered 30 feet up  to the open skies.  The beautiful couple, families and the wedding party had their formal portrait photography taken and then made their grand entrance into grand ballroom.  After dinner the couple and crowd danced to a live band that kept the crowd jumping.   The professional photographers from LightRain Images captured all the action and celebration.  The LightRain Images Chandler wedding photography team captured 1,700 high-resolution digital images for the happy couple to choose from when they have LightRain Images design their flush mount coffee table   storybook wedding album.

 

Steve and Amanda can now browse their wedding images on-line at their leisure at the www.LightRainImages.com web site and pick and review their favorites.  When ready at the click of the mouse they can send their images to the graphic design team at LightRain Images to begin their coffee table book album design.  The design will include black and white, color, sepia and mixed color and black and white.
